Hello! I’m Carly Buehler, Founder of The Postpartum Method. I am a mom to a beautiful baby boy, born in November 2021.

I have been hands on in the fitness industry since 2013, when I got my Personal Trainer certification while studying for my degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion. I also have certifications in Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and more.
