The Postpartum Method is an 8-week low-pressure, high-results core and pelvic floor program. This program is meant to be supplemental to your current fitness routine OR be a launching pad, especially for those who are early postpartum.
Created by a mom and designed for busy moms, it features:
- 4 total workouts per week
- 3 core and pelvic floor workouts per week (5-10 min long)
- 1 strength workout per week (10-30 min long)
- 1-2 tips per week
- Weekly check ins (please email me your phone number so we can get the check ins set up!)
- Lots and lots of education from a pre/postnatal fitness specialist
- LIFETIME ACCESS!
This program is low-pressure! You pace yourself through the course with some guidance from me each week. The videos are short and easy to watch and the workouts are easy to squeeze in to any busy life!
